"This was my first experience with this agent's office. They actually have a staff person in the office that answers the phone. I have been with State Farm for almost 30 years and I have noticed over the last few years that an answering service primarily answers calls, even during business hours. I would much rather talk to an actual staff member than go through a middle man who cannot help me. A "good neighbor" listens to you and talks to you instead of punting you to a stranger who cannot help you. I sincerely hope State Farm rethinks this approach. I also called another agent's office and they never answered the phone and did not respond to my voicemail, so they lost out on my business. I have not had enough interaction to rate this agent's office a 5, but I will give it a 4 just because they answer the phone."

"I became an Ann Price State Farm customer on the recommendation of a close friend over 20 years ago. First with my auto insurance, and then I added home insurance after I bought my home. She and her staff are the best insurance company and agents I have ever dealt with. They are always on the ball and give the best advice every time! When I had a tree fall on my property, they took care of it. Car accident between two State Farm customers? No problem, even if it wasn't my fault, they were on it! Recently, I suffered major damage to my home and, again, they were there with me every step of the way. Now, my house has never looked better! Do yourself a favor and get a quote! Best insurance agent in Georgia and it isn't even close!"
