"While I might not being the biggest fan of the carriers, my client was having some work done related to a claim and Beth is her agent. We were unable to get information from the corporate office in regards to the claim, my client reached out to her agent and Beth was immediately able to get us the information needed. I'm fact unprompted beth and the agency reached out to my client just to verify everything was going smoothly. I have been in this industry for almost 20 years and I can say unequivocally the most important thing you can do is have an agent that cares about you not just as a number but as a person. They definitely go above and beyond here, in an age when it's easy to just collect payment and offer no real server afterwards, this agency is refreshing in their commitment to their clients"

"This was my first experience with this agent's office. They actually have a staff person in the office that answers the phone. I have been with State Farm for almost 30 years and I have noticed over the last few years that an answering service primarily answers calls, even during business hours. I would much rather talk to an actual staff member than go through a middle man who cannot help me. A "good neighbor" listens to you and talks to you instead of punting you to a stranger who cannot help you. I sincerely hope State Farm rethinks this approach. I also called another agent's office and they never answered the phone and did not respond to my voicemail, so they lost out on my business. I have not had enough interaction to rate this agent's office a 5, but I will give it a 4 just because they answer the phone."
